Welcome, and thank you for visiting Colne Valley
Alive online. We are passionate about joining
together in Prayer, Prophesy and Praise in the
towns and villages along the valley. We'd love to
connect with you and welcome you to partner
This website is a resource for encouragement and
communication for the valley.
In the 1980s a group of friends at Sible Hedingham Baptist Fellowship felt called to pray for a hunger, revival and restoration of God’s ways in the Colne Valley.
Since then, Colne Valley Alive has grown to involve churches and individuals of every denomination along the Colne River; worshipping and praying for the area, and joining together in unity.
Growing in unity
We'd love to partner with you and your church: growing unity through friendship and fellowship along the length of the valley from source to sea!
Please go onto the Events Page and scroll down to see the Calendar which contains details of Gatherings and Teachings.
We'd love to include your Special Events and Courses too! We look forward to hearing from you. email: email@example.com

Statement for the Colne Valley
We don't know what to do but our eyes are upon you.The Lord said: “Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s....
You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.... Jehoshaphat's enemies were Moabites, Ammonites and Meunites. Joyce Meyer writes that today's enemy '-ites' are:- fear-ites, disease-ites, poverty-ites, bad marriage-ites, stress-ites, grouchy neighbour-ites, insecurity-ites, rejection-ites and so on.... Bible in One Year/HTB
After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing (shouting and singing and praising at the top of their lungs!) to the Lord and to praise him for the splendour of his holiness as they went out at the head ofthe army saying
(shouting, singing at the top of their lungs)
"Give thanks the Lord for his Love Endures Forever!"
